This piece was part of the augmented reality (AR) group exhibition Cool to Be Kind. The interactive show transformed everyday acts of kindness into animated AR experiences, using technology and art to bring compassion to life in meaningful and imaginative ways.

In my piece, I explored how a simple word of relief can become a source of strength, powerful enough to break the invisible chains of pressure that many people carry while trying to appear strong. Sometimes, real strength comes not from pushing forward, but from having our feelings seen, acknowledged, and validated. Even the smallest moment of kindness can create space for healing.
